Filming at Hollywood Production Center

Filming Procedures:
At Hollywood Production Center we offer more then just office space and pride ourselves in understanding he entertainment community, this is why we have opened up areas which are available for filming.
Available Areas for Filming:
Courtyard
Gym
Conference Room
Patio   
Offices
Lobby/waiting area’s

Each filming request will be evaluated based on:

1.Production needs including dates and times of filming, number of people involved,  amount of parking necessary, catering, etc
2. Hollywood Production Center’s Capacity to host the production.
3. Content of Project.
4. Level of inconvenience to current tenants, guests, employees; including noise, closure of facilities, parking situations, ect.
5. If Hollywood Production Center will be mentioned in a positive way, if any shoots with our signage will be used, or if any credits will be awarded.

Location Fee: A location fee will be assessed based on size of the production and how involved the filming will be. For further details please contact The Hollywood Production Center Marketing department at 818-480-3100
 Location Agreement:
If we are able to agree on acceptable terms with your production company, then we can draft and sign a Location Agreement that clearly states the terms of property usage, including but not limited to set-up/tear down times, dates of shoot, number of people and cars allowed, where on the property filming can take place, etc.  Before any filming takes place Hollywood Production Center must obtain:

Proof of Liability Insurance, Hollywood Production Center named as an additional insured for at least $1 million.
All agreed-upon fees.
Signed copy of Location Agreement.
